Rosa is a seasoned quality and regulatory professional supporting the pharmaceutical and medical device industries through consulting, training, course design, and compliance-focused program development. Her work is centered on process validation, documentation, quality management systems, and helping organizations translate regulatory requirements into practical, operational processes.

Previously, Rosa led the Validation Academy at Wake Technical Community College’s BioNetwork, where she developed and delivered training programs designed to strengthen the capabilities of industry professionals across North Carolina. Before relocating to North Carolina, she served as a Senior Professor at Miami Dade College, teaching college chemistry.

Earlier in her career in the private sector, Rosa built extensive experience across research and development, diagnostics manufacturing, management, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. That combination of industry and academic experience has established her as a trusted specialist in quality systems, with particular strength in turning complex regulatory frameworks — including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, QMSR, and the CFR — into clear, actionable guidance for a wide range of audiences.

Rosa currently serves as an adjunct chemistry instructor at Wake Technical Community College, where she teaches online. She earned her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Miami and her M.S. in Organic Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University.
